Last year the market is boomed with the Pinetrail processor. The news on the web indicates that the Pinetrail which can support the DDR3 RAM will be coming in this year. The two new processors N475 and N455, equivalents to the the N470 and N450 processors with DDR3 compatibility.

The N475 clocked at 1.83 GHz and stays at 5.5W TPD, where N455 at 1.6GHz and 6.5 w. We can watch a wind in the second half of the year with this new set of Pinetrail processsors. Don’t think that the DDR3 processor is going to change the world of performance but the DDR3 will be available for cheaper price and it will make the netbooks cheaper in the future.
