Ingredients
- Fillet, tail : 2 No.
- Minced beef : 100 gm.
- Spinach, tossed : 50 gm.
- Egg : 3 No.
- Seasoning : To taste.
- Worcestershire sauce : To taste.
Method
- Fillet tail is split without cutting the edges and patted to form a rectangular shape.
- Then minced beef is placed, topped with sauteed spinach and rolled up like a swiss roll.
- It is first grilled on a griller and then roasted on a bed of mirepoix in the oven.
- Slice and serve with an appropriate sauce and some bouquetire.
